This building, owned by Queens University, but situated on the site of Belfast City Hospital was completed by Traceys Bros, Enniskillen in 2007.

There are many striking features including Glass Revolving Doors, and a Glazed Atrium. The most understated, technically complex feature is the Curtain Walling on the front elevation.

This Curtain Wall is engineered to be suspended from the top floor, overhanging but tied back to intermediate floor slabs, with raked corners and a splay to the main gridlines.

The geometric complexity it is not obvious in the end result.
